CO2 Laser Shop & Sticker Sheet Workflow

Designed for print labs that use CO2 laser machines for acrylic blanks, name plates, trophies, and badge mounts. Print on AbhishekID sticker sheets, back-laminate with this mirror film, then mount on laser-cut acrylic or glass for a floating reverse-view finish.

1. Print your artwork on A4 130 GSM or 170 GSM photo sticker (inkjet).
2. Apply mirror lamination on the back of the print using cold pressure only.
3. Trim the decal and mount on CO2-cut acrylic or glass—do not cut or engrave this mirror film inside the CO2 laser.
4. For higher volume, pair with our 12.5 inch Mirror Cold Lamination Roll on a cold roll laminator.

Application Guide & Maintenance Tips

1. Clean Surface — Ensure the print is dust-free and fully dry (minimum 24 hrs for inkjet)
2. Peek and Align — Peel 2–3 cm of backing, align the film over your document
3. Squeegee from Centre — Press firmly from centre outward to push out air bubbles
4. Slowly Remove Backing — Continue peeling while pressing with the squeegee
5. Edge Press — Run a bone folder or credit card along all edges for full adhesion
6. Final Inspection — Check for bubbles; if found, lift gently and re-squeegee

Storage: Keep unused sheets flat in a cool, dry place below 40°C. Do not bend or fold.

Trimming: Use a sharp blade or paper cutter for clean edges after lamination.

No! This is cold lamination — pressure-sensitive adhesive activates with firm pressure. Use a squeegee, credit card, or cold laminator roller.

Can I use this on inkjet prints?

Yes. Works on both inkjet and laser prints. Allow inkjet prints to dry completely (24 hours) before laminating for best results.

Is the finish truly reflective?
