Operating Advice — Large 100mm Die

Because of the large 100mm diameter surface area, manual alignment and cutting requires proper operating technique to prevent jams:

• Wide Die Jam Recovery: Large-diameter dies encounter high resistance when cutting thick sheets. If the paper sticks mid-stroke, lift the lever partway and give a soft tap on the die face (cutting ring) to reset its alignment. This simple action clears the sheet immediately without requiring tools or service visits.
• Break-In Residue: Powder-coated metal joints may shed a small amount of dark powder during first use — wipe clean; this stops after break-in.
