Multicolour Tag and Lanyard Production Workflow

Print on the Epson L18050 A3 EcoTank PVC card studio printer with sublimation paper and Smart 6-colour ink, transfer on the 13×40 multicolour heat press, cut and seal tags on the electric cutting machine, fit clips on heavy and regular 12/16 mm tag-fitting machines, then finish with 12, 16 and 20 mm white satin rolls, fish/lever/twisted hooks, ordinary joint notches and heat-resistant sublimation tape.
