How the TRF Foiling Process Works

Using our Toner Reactive Foil is simple, fast, and cost-effective:

1. Print your text or graphic using a standard LaserJet printer with pure black toner (highly concentrated toner yields the best adhesion).
2. Cut a piece of the Blue Foil Roll and place it directly over the printed area (colored side facing up).
3. Feed the layered sheet through a Sanken A3/A4 heavy-duty laminator (or any steel-roller laminator set between 120°C and 160°C).
4. Carefully peel off the foil sheet to reveal a crisp, vibrant blue metallic transfer bonded permanently to your toner.
