Easycut 5xPack - Metallic Foil Roll — Toner Reactive Foil Film (TRF)

This Easycut metallic roll is a toner reactive foil film (TRF) — heat-activated metallic foil that bonds only to laser-printed toner when passed through a hot laminator. Print on a laser printer, lay the foil over the toner, and lam at ~180°C. Not compatible with inkjet prints. 5-roll TRF bundle for wedding cards, thesis binding, certificates, and premium stationery.

TRF Process

1. Print design using a laser printer (toner required)
2. Place toner reactive foil film over printed toner area
3. Feed through hot laminator with carrier sheet (~180°C)
4. Peel foil — metallic layer adheres only to toner
