This is an Evolis brand printer and it’s
  made in France

and the model number is Primacy

This printer is used for printing PVC card

In this printer, you can print plain cards like this

or pre-printed aadhaar card

or pre-printed pan card or pre-printed
  voter cards can be printed on this printer

You can print a new Ayushman Barath card, if you
  have a government licence

If you have private shops use a plain card

in this printer there are two types of ribbon, one is
  full panel ribbon and another half panel ribbon

A full panel is used for plain white PVC cards

The half panel is used for any pre-printed card like
aadhaar card, pan card or voter card any pre-printed cards.

Now we talk about this printer

In this printer, this is the input hopper,

and this is the output hopper

In this input hopper, you can store up to
  100 cards in it, like a cassette

and it can print 100 cards continuously
  under continuous mode

  out through the output hopper

inside this printer, thermal
technology is used to print the cards

After loading the card we are going to give
  the demo printing for you

This printer has the most advanced technology,
  and it prints front and back automatically

when you give the print command, it starts
  printing front and back within one minute

Half panel ribbon looks like this

the left side of the ribbon is like screws
  and the right side is plane smooth

and on the printer’s left-hand side, there are gears
  in front & back

and you have to load like this

now we are loading the full panel ribbon

The new ribbon which is fat stores here and
  the used ribbon on the other side

with full panel and half panel ribbon
  you will get a chip like this

Compulsorily you’ll get this chip with every
  the panel you buy and you have to install like this.

This chip tells the computer how much ribbon is used
  and the percentage left

you have to close this printer as before,

as we have loaded the half-panel ribbon

you can print the other type of card in this

half panel ribbon means its front side is
  colour and its back is black & white

As we have loaded the new ribbon, into the computer
  it shows 100%

when you open the cover of the printer,
  the computer shows an error message

“cover is open please close”

when you close the cover, the error changes and
  the printer shows the ready status

the printer has the high-level sensor

we have removed the card from the printer

when we removed the card, the computer say
  “card feed problem”

so we have to feed the card
  now we are feeding the card

As the card is inserted the sensor
  reads the card and the printer is ready

there is a sensor in every place

and it detects every minute problem and tells
  automatically

this is the basic example for cardPresso software

This is the simple software like Microsoft word
  or PowerPoint

Simple drag and drop option, you can edit
  in any way, you can give background

You can print through the software itself
  there is no problem

In case you are a designer or expert in printing

then you can also use CorelDraw or Photoshop

you can print front and back directly through
  the professional software like photoshop and Coreldraw

in this printer

  photoshop or CorelDraw

you can print directly from there, there’s

here we have used half panel, so that
  the front is colour and the back is black

Here we have used a full panel, so it’s
  colour on both sides

so the two demos are over for the full
  panel and half panel

In the full panel ribbon, the chip is on this
  direction,

which is detected inside the printer and
  so that you can get the percentage idea

and just in case, if you have any small doubts

for example, while printing when
  the power supply is gone

the card jams inside the printer,
  when the power supply comes,

  the card is ejected by the backside bin
  at the back

There are many ports, like the power cable port
